Skin Beauty Tips for Girls

our skin is very important part of our body. it plays a very crucial role in our health and living. we need to protect our skin from damage and injuries to keep on surviving well. there many things that affect our skin. these include diseases and other personal injuries. 

we need to take care of our skin because it protects  internal body tissues. the skin is exposed to many infections that would have affected the  internal organs. so we should care about our skin. skin our our beauty and appearance. we need to eat well to nourish our skin.

the following are the things that we can do in order to enhance our skin.drink water all the time to replenishes the water lost through sweating, cleaning and waste disposal such as urination. when the skin looses a lot of water it become flaccid and dry. we need to drink a lot of water to keep it moist. we should drink almost one liter of water per day to keep our body functioning. 




  • Eating well balanced diet food that you can get nutrition from them. in order to get  vitamins from the food you should eat fruits and vegetables. add fruits to every meal that you eat.
  • Avoid high temperature that is exposed to the skin. high temperature can cause skin tanning that may burn your skin pale.
  • To keep your skin moist and shining you need to apply skin products that nourishes the skin.
  • Wash your body everyday. General hygiene is required to protect your skin from  any dirt and infections. wash yourself  with water and soap
  • wash your feet with warm water and soap.
  •  Dry your skin with soft towel.
  • to prevent skin scaly you need to eat vegetables and  fruits  to gain fluorine which protects the body shed scales.
  • Always remember to clean your body from any make ups before you go to bed.
  • wash your face with every morning before you leave.
