Women's hair s does not
only protect them from the heat of the sun and act as protection cushion to the
sensitive par of the body but , it also builds the self image of a woman in the
society. It is important in how a woman looks like. it is a determining factor
of a beautiful woman.
it is very important to take care of
our hairs because it gives us a different look and makes us to stand out from
the others. in order to take care of our hairs we need to do the following.
- Choose a hair that does
not damage your hairs and provides a healthy and attractive look.
the healthiness of the hairs can be enhanced by washing
with shampoo and using hair food very time when we wash it to maintain its
natural look.
- Avoid using shampoo that
contains chemicals that damage the hairs. use a shampoo that contains
chemical that remove the dandruff such as zinc pyrithione.
- if shampoo is not
available or you can not afford it, use other herbal products that include
vinegar concoction with water that stayed overnight.
- Comb your hair when they
are dry. and if you have to comb while they are wet use a big toothed
combs that can not cause hair breakage.
- clean your hair everyday
with shampoo and apply some hair food or oil.
- Avoid food that affect your health
such as oily food and cigarette.
