Stress Can Make Women More Fat Than Men Even Without Eating Food.


Stress can contribute to the increase in weight. It can also cause obesity. Long term stress is noted to contribute to increase on stress hormones called cortisol.

Women are more likely to gain weight than men due to stressful event without eating. This is caused by stress hormones that the body produces during the stressful occasion.

This stress hormone only, crumples stored body foods and fats in the short period of time. It will make you reduce in weight for a short period of time. Mostly, people start growing thin when the hormones start burning the stored fats in the body. As the emaciation continues as the stressful hormones will raise upto certain level, after which the work of the hormones will start to reverse. Their fat burning work and start doing well to the body.

In the event that there is no time to eat food, t he cortisol hormones produced by the body will not burn the fats but will attach it to the fats and body calories thus enhancing the   growth and body building.

You will start experiencing sudden weight gain that you many not be able to account to it. You will start carrying your own weight that will disrupt your normal daily routines. 

Increase in weight can adversely affect you in terms of immunity, bone formation and muscles. It can also cause sleeping disorders and thinking capacity of the brain.


It is very good to distress yourself or seek for stress counseling sessions to fight against this. This can also be supported with lightly eating of foods and snacks as well as drinking enough water.
